Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Development Manager, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of asset management across various interests, ensuring comprehensive growth and effective risk management.

• Identify key reservoir engineering drivers and pivotal issues in acquisition and divestiture opportunities, including operated, non-operated, and royalty interests nationwide.

• Develop and implement annual operating plans and budgets, setting strategic objectives and executing work programs to enhance asset performance.

• Regularly assess performance against expected results, implementing countermeasures to close gaps or capitalize on potential opportunities.

• Ensure the financial performance of assets aligns with investment cases and budgets, maintaining profitability and sustainability.

• Analyze operational and financial data to integrate into economic models, using these insights to guide decision-making processes.

• Employ a technical approach to test concepts and utilize outcomes for strategic operational improvements.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate development, with a strong foundation built as a Reservoir Engineer.

• Extensive experience managing P&L, project management, and budgeting.

• Demonstrated ability to develop operational plans, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets.

• Technical expertise sufficient to test concepts and apply results to operational changes.

• Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating complex financial and operational data.

• A strategic mindset with the capability to execute work programs effectively and drive continuous improvement.
